The Gaussian-Linear Hidden Markov Model (GLHMM): a package in Python for brain data analysis

Abstract: This tutorial will cover the basics of the GLHMM package for decomposing brain dynamics. With the help of jupyter notebooks I will run some exemplary analyses that can easily be adapted to other data sets. This includes methods for statistical testing and predictions of behavioural traits using the resulting models of brain activity as predictors.
